Alcott Liu |
Alcott is the founder of Alcott K. P. Liu & Co. and Alcott Liu CPA Limited. He started his career in a Big 4 accounting firm in Hong Kong and was subsequently seconded to Australia. On return to Hong Kong he was appointed as the CFO of a Television Corporation prior to establishing Alcott K. P. Liu & Co. in 1978. Alcott has been instrumental in the operations and networking of the Firm. He is a Hong Kong practicing certified public accountant, fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia) and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK). |

Colleen Wong |
Colleen started her career in a Big 4 accounting firm in Hong Kong prior to joining the Firm in 1986. She was made partner of the Firm in 1999 and have been actively involved in the operations of the Firm. Colleen is also the Audit Engagement Partner and possessed substantial knowledge in a variety of professional areas like assurance, accounting and tax services. She is a Hong Kong practicing certified public accountant and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

Derrick Liu |
Derrick started his career in Banking at HSBC and joined ALCPA in 2007 and was made partner in 2011. He has traveled extensively and is mainly involved in cross-border M&A, tax advisory and corporate restructure. He is also actively involved in fiduciary services, project matching, obtaining funding for start up businesses as well as an advocate of blockchain and fintech where he is acting as advisor for various ICO projects. Derrick studied in Australia and is a member of Certified Public Accountants Australia and a fellow member with Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

Wilson Poon |
Wilson has been with ALCPA for over 25 years and is mainly involved with assurance and related services. With over 30 years of experience, he has witnessed the transformation of most of our audit clients and with the substantial knowledge and insight accumulated over this period, he has provided valuable advice and services to these clients. He is the manager of the Firm’s audit and assurance department. |

Ruby Tse |
Ruby started her career in the Tax Department of a Big 4 accounting firm after graduation from university. She has more than 10 years experience in providing Hong Kong tax compliance and advisory services to individuals, local entities as well as multinational corporations. Ruby has accumulated extensive experiences in dealing with Hong Kong tax authorities, including offshore claims on trading profits, commission income and service income, and non-taxable claim on capital gain from disposal of investments. Ruby is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
