Agreement between Hong Kong and United States of America for the Exchange of Information relating to Taxes

The Agreement between the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the United States of America for the Exchange of Information relating to Taxes (“the Agreement”) was formally signed on 25 March 2014 and has come into effect on 24 June 2014.
